We're hiring...
Not quite sure how we're going to structure it, but at the moment we're thinking of hiring two people to share one position. Alternatively, it could be 1 full time position...
Generally we need office support 9:30-5, 4-5 days a week. Maybe one person in the mornings and one in the afternoons (or however that works out with who we hire).
The position would entail general administrative work:
answering phones
making appointments
compiling data and entering info into reports
This is for a home based, appraisal business in Commack. The opportunity to learn the business and get into appraising is there if wanted, but its not necessary that the person we hire wants that.
Some days are busy, some days are very slow with plenty of LIW time - you never know when it will be one or the other.
Good computer and phone skills an absolute MUST
Its a great position for a local college student (to come after/before classes) or a SAHM with kids in daycare/school for a few hours. Really anyone looking to make some $$ without a full time job.
