Tom and I finally closed on our co-op today!!

Now I get to do my happy dance!!!

WOW! Love the kitchen! but the shower is amazing!

We are torn between a place in farmingdale and another in Kew Gardens.

The place in Farmingdale is brand new, which is what makes it attractive, but the place in Kew Gardens is great too, easier for my commute but the price difference is about 20K urgh!
