We're Married!
Well, we're about to head over to a museum here in NYC (the first leg of our honeymoon) but I wanted to give a mini-review of sorts.
We had a beautiful day and I'm so happy the rain held off!
Our mass was so touching and beautiful! I cried so much (it's not easy to remain calm when your mom is crying hysterically with joy!).
The Gatsby (now Nico @ the Gatsby Mansion) was amazing. They were so good to us and the food was DELICIOUS! Everyone had a great time.
Dom and Mike from 12th Night were so much fun to work with. They were genuine, friendly and so funny while still maintaining such professionalism. Our pictures are going to be wonderful!
Sir Oliver Limos treated us so well. Our cars were in fantastic shape - we had a stretch limo and a 1940s Caddy! So amazing! Our drivers (Don and Bill) were so sweet and funny and they even gave us a piece of our runner with our names on it. It was a sweet gesture and they worked so hard to keep me hidden from our guests before the ceremony and Don made me laugh to keep me from crying and passing out. We also had a great driver take us into the city last night.
Flowers by Burton provided us with gorgeous centerpieces and bouquets!
The only snafu was when I got some black grease or something on my dress. I didn't stress and Dom and Mike worked to keep the spot out of the pictures. Hopefully the dry cleaner can get it out.
The day went by SO quickly - enjoy every moment of your days! Good luck to all future brides and congrats to past brides!
