The Wingate Inn in Garden City does, but you have to reserve a certain amount of rooms I think 10 or 15.

We blocked rooms at the Wingate. The shuttle was small for the amount of our guests, but yes they gave us a free van since we booked so many guests. But we also added on two other vans to bring people there. We staggered the times of the vans.
