Westbury David's Bridal Review and Rave
I went today to the David's Bridal in Westbury to look at bridal dresses and bridesmaid dresses. Everyone on here scared me cause i was going at 1pm on a Saturday. I was told multiple stories about lack of customer service, lots of crowds, and ugly dresses.
Let me tell you my experience had nothing of the above. Yes there was some people there but it was not crowded. My attendant Nina helped get my 7 dresses i wanted to try on. Although, she was helping other brides too, i totally understood that and I was fine with that. She is not my whipping girl to be standing their after my beck and call. When i needed her, she came back and that's all i wanted. Plus my bridesmaids were their to help me in dresses, so all i needed from my attendant was getting the dresses i wanted and a veil. And as far as customer service goes, everyone was super nice and very helpful.
So i got my dress and my bridesmaids got theirs in the same day. We were only their for 2 hours and did all that. So as far as these of these other bad experiences people have, i guess it depends on what you expect. If you want to be waited on hand and foot, then go to a bridal boutique. If you don't mind that, then Davids Bridal in Westbury is great.
