It should tell you on your contract. I know the manor room can hold I think about 400.
I think around 140. I know they have it set up with ten tables, five on each side. I was told it is most comfortable with 10-12 chairs at a table, and from there it starts to get a bit cramped. I have the garden room as well, and I am inviting about 145, and expecting approx. 115. Hope this helps!
Well, we split the invitations into three and tried to make it equal among all. So we let my family invite 50, my FMIL invite 50 and we invited about 45 of our friends. However, we know that about 20 people off of our parents lists will most likely not be attending due to age, illness, travel distance, etc. So this leaves us with approx. 125 invited and out of that we figure a couple people not showing up, leaving us with meeting the minimum for the room and keeping the space comfortable. At least, that's how I hope it works out!
