Went to their showcase last year in October too, they have all their house vendors there and you can try out the different extra cocktail hour stations (mash potato bar was great!) and enhancements they offer. It gave me a good feel of what it's going to be like at night, taste of food, etc...Also if you want to add enhancements to your menu they do offer it at a discounted rate that night only, we got the chocolate fountain trio for 10pp so it's a pretty good deal.

Congrats! I was married there three years ago and it was fantastic :) I have friends that still bring it up to me and say how it was the best wedding. You'll love it!!

Did you need a coordinator? I heard WM is really good at taking care of everything!

I did all the planning myself with regards to vendors, but WM was very helpful in making sure that everything went as planned. The BM was always available to answer any questions I had and the bridal attendant on the day of was wonderful.
