Do they provide you with placecards, or do i have to do my own? Also, I got my call from Kelly to come and do the final arrangements this week..Is there anything I should ask when I go? I know we'll be picking out the menu and linens.. Do you know what else?? Thanks!!

Yes I just went and picked place cards and directions for the invites last week. I just walked in and asked for 150 of each and she gave them to me.

The WM gives you placecards which are nice....I used them and had a calligrapher write the names, which turned out really nice.
On the day you meet with them, you go over linens, menus, etc. Then the week before you deliver your table setting numbers, favors, toasting flutes, table names (if you are doing that), etc.
