Westbury Manor Brides

Has anyone had a sudden change in Banquet Managers?

I got a call to finanlize my menu and it was a different person-- I just received a letter of confirmation and the girl signed her name with Banquet Manager--

I really liked my BM-- is this normal-- or did they switch them on me right before my wedding????

I heard some halls do this-- but I didn't know WM doe this too...It makes me feel uncomfortable!!!

My Banquet Manager quit... so I dealt with quite a few of them.. I say deal with Susan as a Banquet Manager..

I am seeing Maureen tomorrow who does all the final things.. like the final payment and the seating charts and what not

just an FYI I found out today my friends brother is a BM there.. His name is Alan (spelling) .. Day Day.. have you met him??

I have no idea who Alan is.. hmmmm... never met him and I've met almost everyone there..

I don't know alan...
I was dealing with Tom and now I was contacted by Kelly-- does anyone know if Tom is still there? and does anyone know Kelly?

I did a few payments with Tom but was told he is no longer there.. my original BM was Jennifer and she quit.. So I happen to really like Susan.. she's pure business but I just happen to like that about her

Kelly is the woman (she's younger than I am!) who deals with your final menu preparation and paperwork (to confirm which hors d'ouevres you want and any upgrades). That's her specific job. As far as I know, she is not a full BM.

Honestly, after booking WM and changing my date, I never dealt with the BM again. Kelly did the menu, I dropped off my stuff with someone I don't even remember, and on the actual day I just saw my bridal attendant and maitre'd. I wouldn't stress about it!
Even from the get go I was never sure who my banquet manager was - we first got our tour with Mel, signed with Jerry Scotto, and changed the date with Susan.

Hi an 08er here. Susan is my BM and she is just great. I think there are diff BM's that take on different tasks. Like to finaliaze the menu and all there is a different BM than your regular BM etc etc. I dont think you should feel uncomfortable if you have another BM, they are all great and they def know what they are doing.
