Do you have to call them to set up an apointment to go over the menu or they call you to do all that??

I write the schedule for my department at work so I give myself the day off everytime they have a showcase. It becomes the do stuff for the wedding day. Eventually I'll get my lazy A** of the computer to take a shower, go shoe shopping, order my veil and whatever else jumps at me.
They will call you about 2-3 months before your wedding to set up the appt. to go over your menu, linens, all that stuff. At the same meeting, you set up your future meetings for when you have to give your final headcount, make your final payment, and drop off your wedding day supplies (place cards, toasting flutes).
I feel bad when I have to drop off my Favors becuase they are in Boxes that are 6x6x6 and there are 80 of them... That's what men are for. TeeHee. I still have to pick out my toasting flutes and I'm hopig tonight the lady that does the calligraphy table setting is there.
I've never been to one. What do we do ? Will we get to taste some of the food tonight?
It's fun!! Usally they have Horderves passed around and the mash potato bar and chocolate fountian and last time they had the candy bar.
