Hey...I just got back from our menu tasting and it was AWESOME. There was so much food...Aldo and his staff were great.
I also met Felicia's replacement, Rodney. I know there was speculation about what happened. I heard tonight that it wasn't family issues but she wasn't making numbers or something. I doubt she will be back since they've hired someone...
Rodney is really nice but he isn't Felicia. He seemed very scripted but that could be because he is new. Felicia was definitely a different personality - more vibrant and outgoing. He did seem willing to help in any way and kept telling us how great the staff is (which I never doubted). He kept reassuring me that if we needed anything or had questions, he was more than capable. I'm guessing he's getting these questions a lot!
