I know I should have figured this out by now but obviously I didn't...Did you do your tasting before you guys booked? We booked them last year and never thought about it and now I'm wondering if we're due a tasting or this will happen when we will pick our menu a couple of weeks before the wedding. Any insight will be helpful...

I was told the same thing, and that they have lots of food and cake at the showcases. They told me the food at the restaurant was the same chefs but I'm sure if you are really concerned they would do one.

I did a tasting with them in their restaurant. Honestly though, you really don't need to do one, your guests are getting a choice of 7 dishes anyway and their food is AMAZING!! My wedding was our 4th event there. My prom and my brother and sisters weddings were there. Nothing for you to worry about.

Thanks ladies! The main reason why I didn't even bother to think about the tasting is because I went to a couple of their showcases and the food they serve was always good and consistent. I guess I don't really have to worry

I was concerned too but when I went to their showcase earlier in this year I got to sample their food. I felt so relieved because the food was so good.
You should go to their showcase. Their next one is July 10th. It's a lot of fun.
They also offer discounts add-on's at their showcase.
Don't be worried, like the ladies here said the food is good.
