Just checking in to wish TracyG a wonderful wedding on Sunday!! Just relax and enjoy the day - you will have no worries at all at the WM!!
Congratulations and don't forget to post photos when you get back!

PS - As for advice for May04Bride: I think unfortunately you may have to include them in the count = you can't have guests there with no place to sit and then deal with giving the WM more $$ on the day of your wedding - try and hunt these people down and get an answer from them!

If you are positive about your number then give them that #.. You don't want to deal with seating arrangements the day of your wedding.

to get back to you just a few days later (heehee) it went very well. kelly was a sweetheart and very patient with me. haha!

we dropped off everythign yesterdat. Well not everything I forgot a few things, like the vendor list and the alpha list of guests so FI is going to drop them off today. I can't believe our weddings are already ehre. It went by so fast!

my BM is Frank..he showed me a book of cakes with before and after pics if you will...the plain cakes are included in the price and if you choose to have it decorated it is an additional cost, don't remember how much more though, maybe $75.

woo hoo! how crazy!! hey, i have a question you might know since you dropped everything off already. with your placecards, did you have to put them in alpha order as well? i know the sheet we have to fill out has to be in alpha order but i wasn't sure about the placecards. we are doing the candles, so i guess i need to know if i should put them in the box in order prior to bringing them over tomorrow. thanks!

I think that is it. I actually didn't even go there yesterday. I had my FI drop everything else off ebcause I work in the city and he works in LI so it was easier for him.

I am sure you know but you need to drop off:
vendor list
alpha list of guests and tables numbers
Place cards in alpha order
bank check made out to the westbury manor
list of bridal party entrance (how everyone will be introduced) We actually didn't give this to them yet because I am not sure how the bridal party will be introduced)
Cake knife and topper if you are using them
Toasting glasses if you are using them

I think that is everything!

You can show them a picture and they can tell you if they can recreate something like it. It will cost extra. They use Erga Bakery and I was told to go there directly to see if the cake I wanted could be made.
