We are picking our final menu this Monday!! I was wondering if anyone knows if they negotiate with you on the enhancements or is the price firm?
What kind of upgrades is everyone doing? CH seems to have so much food already!!!

I called them last week and asked if they would negotiate the price of an enhancement for me and they said no. I am going to wait until their next showcase and add it then.

We added the carnival cart, potatoe bar and got the fountain for free

I added the vodka louge, mash potato bar and got the chocolate fountain for free. The best time to add it is during the showcase.
I have found that the other bm are not as easy to add things or give you price quotes. Felicia, who isnt there right now, was the manager and she would add things left and right for us. Since she has been gone I have tried but gotten no where.

We got a continental breakfast prior to the ceremony, wine on every table, and pastry trays thrown in for us, as we are having a Sunday daytime wedding!!!!

I enjoyed the last bridal showcase! I hope they have another soon!!!! What great food! We loved the potato bar but its just so much money when you think about all the other food offered!
PS We picked 12/30/11 as our date and didnt want to change the date. However, the BM offered us a free Venetian hour if we changed our date and booked in January .

We added the chocolate fountain and the mashed potato bar. They added passed martinis, wine on the tables and the touch of Viennese trays for free.
