FH and I want to try the food and WM's policy is to have you try the food in the restaurant just to get an idea of quality even though the food is not the same as what you will get during your reception. They gave us a $25 gift coupon but it says we have to spend over $50 to use it... and that's easy to do considering a lot of their dinners start at $22 and go up from there.... the restaurant is crazy overpriced and the $25 barely buys us one entree. Does everyone only get $25 to taste the food? Is there anyway I can get them to cover more of the cost?

As the girls said ,they give you a $100 when you book. I've eaten there twice and I can tell you that the food is excellent. This is coming from someone VERY picky who grew up with a gourment, Italian cook for a mom, lol.

yea same here, the $100 when you sign.
we didnt realize that was our only food tasting, and took FHs mother, father and step father to dinner there, and we ended up spending a fortune that we werent prepared to spend. if we realized that beforehand, that it would have been that expensive, we would have gone just the two of us.
