Westbury Manor Garden Room

For whoever already got married or is planning on getting married in the garden room I need your advice.
From the beginning I have been saying that i do not want more than 90-100 people, because i wanted to have a small wedding but also because i didn't want the room to be too crowded.

Now, we've sent the invites out and our list ended up being 115 adults and 10 kids. Plus my FMIL keeps trying to add people. I know the no rate is usually 15% but i feel like almost everyone we invited are close friends and family that will not say no.

How many people do you HONESTLY think fits comfortably in the garden room?

I have about 120 people coming and I'm in the garden room It seems like it will be small but the BK's know what they are talking about. I think you'll be fine.

I went to a wedding in the garden room last july and I would say they probably had about 120 people. I will be honest and say that it was pretty tight but not anything that you can't deal with. I also think you'll be surprised with some of the 'no' rsvps you receive. We got way more no's than we thought we would so i think you'll be okay

One thing I would definitely tell you to speak to your bridal manager about is the volume of music! At the wedding we were out last year, the wedding in the larger room was playing their music super loud and you could hear it in the garden room through the walls! It was crazy.

I went to a sweet 16 there and there was about 125 people in the room.

the only bad thing was when they put the ice cream bar and candy buffet out. They had it in the middle of the floor so it got tight between the line for that and people dancing.

If your having anything liek that I'd ask them to put it somewhere else and have your DJ announce it.
