This is a silly question but - did you announce (or are you going to) that the bar is in the library room? We are also having a photobooth in there. Do people just see it or do I have the DJ say something? I don't really want to have to worry about people not using the photobooth or realizing there's a bar in there.

You should ask your BM, but I heard that WB does such a good just hosting the event that I dont think you have to worry about people not knowing to manuever around the place. Its nice to have the DJ announce the photo booth too, even if its there its also a reminder that you have something fun for your guest.!

I was not a WM bride but my photobooth was in the cocktail room. My DJ/MC made announcements throughout the night about the photobooth and it worked. Guests loved it.
