when do we pick those items? do we get called or do we have to schedule the menu picking ourselves?

Fh and I just went last night and did the final menu. Kelly called about a week and a half ago to schedule it. You will probably get called next week but call them if you want to book now.

We Picked:

1)Southern Italy:
-eggplant rollatini
-Fried Calamari
(will prob add Broccoli Rabe-FH is Italian)

2) Carving Station:
-Turkey
-Pork

3)Asian Station:
-Oriental Wok
-Japanese Hibachi

4)Spanish Station: (my dad is spanish)
-Arroz con pollo
-Steak Andelusia

5)Southwestern Station:
-fajita station
-BBQ ribs

-In laws also added shrimp display, slider station, and mash potato bar for cocktail at the last showcase. WE had already gotten the tuscany table added when we booked.
