I'm not sure but I would call them ASAP, they book up over a year in advance during the summer so I wouldnt wait to long. Pricing would depend on number of people, room you're in, etc...

you can prob. negotiate $65 pp on off peak in Feb you just got to throw at them some better pricing you've received elsewhere and they'll come down a little

i got quoted $80pp for a saturday night in january of 09. im sure itd be around the same price.

Westbury Manor quoted me $59 OVER THE PHONE for a friday night in January.
I bet you could get them to atleast $60pp in February, maybe even a couple of bucks less if January and February are the same in pricing.
