Danielle i know you drop the payment off to WM personally - Do they give you a receipt?

i do it too. yep, they give you a receipt on the spot. it tells you the method of payment, date, and how much u put down!

love that hall, the garden is amazing and the manor room is my favorite, i also got the platnium planner its great.

as far as hair & Makeup... i dunno if anyone knows this place i know Rita does but Palace in Elmont they do aswome hair!!! and makeup!!!! and they are cheappppp ... makeup for bride is $55 and thats with eye lash extentions.... $35 for the bridal party./// and hair is usually $35 and up.... if its not in my budget for one of these over priced vendors for hair & makeup ill be going to palace...

yes they do... they print it out and it has the next dates you have payments on too and they sign it.... i dont trust sending $2,000 i rather go there and see my beautiful place n pay lol

I am happy to report several things:
1: I was able to read the entire WM thread and want to say thanks so much for all of the information.

2. After booking my date on Sunday (1/19), I went back the next day and told Mel that I did not get my silver book. He quickly apologized and got me one.

2. I booked at WM at have my reception at 8pm on saturday.

3. Lastly, I learned that I am so behind other brides when it comes to other service providers.

My next move is looking around for STD magnets...Any ides?

Yeah another WM bride! And I second Vistaprint. Also check out Snapfish.com. I've done alot of things there in the past and they have some great deals.
