Oh and dont forget the liquor for your FH when you get your planner. Mine loves using his over vanilla ice cream. My BM is Harrison, he always finds a way to make me laugh no matter what question I am stressing over. But I love the use of the library room as a CH room and the gardens of coarse are amazing. Hopefully in Feb they are just as impressive

i have the blueberry as well lol I tried drinking it alone and i didn't like it i guess i did the wrong thing and next time I should put it over vanilla ice cream

I have the church and im starting to look into photo and video. I need to find someone to do both that is great and yet still in my price range. I heard all the house ones are REALLY expensive. Have you looked into the house dj's?

I had a meeting with a photographer/videographer tonight. I called him back and left a message saying I wanted to book. I would have booked on the spot, but I wanted to make sure that I got my mom a better parent album than my brother did. So hopefully tomorrow he'll call back and we'll have it booked!!! DJ is next.

I booked Duet for photos and video - you should look into them. My church is St. Boniface in ELmont. I am not looking at there house DJs I have others in mind.

So I went to our favorite place last night to drop off my 2nd deposit and to take my mom on a tour (she absolutely LOVES it). It was beautiful as always and I got to see all of the rooms this time because it was so empty. The peacocks were out, and let me just tell you- those bad boys know how to fly!!! And I don't mean just flutter their wings, they flew up into the tree..it was the craziest thing I had ever seen because one of them look about the same size as me (so picture something as big as me flying!! lol).

They pulled up all the summer flowers and are in the process of plotting the fall flowers.

FYI to the ladies who are having their ceremony there and need processional/recessional music:
They do not have a system to plug an ipod or play a cd. The only thing they have is satelite radio. This puts me at a little inconvienence because now I have to pay my DJ extra for ceremony music. It's definitely not the end of the world, but just another added cost.

So the next time I will be back there again will be for the showcase the end of this month. I heard that if you want to make menu upgrades at the showcase, they give you a nice discount.

Yea my BM said its usually like 10% off the cost or if u add two things they will give u a 3rd for free ... or if its a flat fee they take a few $ off... hopefully its a nice chunk off lol FH wants the Pig at CH lol
