Westbury Manor Timeline...

Hi ladies...I was just wondering if someone could give me a timeline for finalizing the details at the Westbury Manor. We are a little more than 3 months from the wedding and I wasn't sure when we would go in to set the menu, discuss cake options, ect...

Also...we were thinking of bringing in bagels as a take home for the guests. The wedding is over at 1:30am so we thought it would be cute to send them away with some breakfast. The Westbury Manor allows this correct?

You will get a phone call about a month to a month and a half before your wedding to set up an appointment to finalize your menu. On the day you go in to finalize your menu you you will make an appointment for your final drop off- This done on the Mon.-Wed. the week of the wedding. At the final drop off you have to pay the balance of your bill.
The final count is called in about 10 days before your wedding date- You will schedule this during the menu finalization also.
During the menu finalization you will get your seating chart, place cards, some other paperwork- You will pick the menu, linen/chair sash colors and cake.
They allow you to bring in outside food items but I would discuss it during your appointment.
