WHAT DO I NEED TO GET A MARRIAGE LICENSE?? I AM FREAKING OUT!! I wasnt born here, came here when i was 2, I have a passport, naturalization papers and a translated birth certificate. IS that all i need??? Please help!!!

I think that's all you need. DH and I were both born in the US so we just needed our drivers licences and birth certificates, but I think the passport and natrualization papers are good for that.
Just so you know (in case you didn't), the Westchester marriage licences aren't issued at the courthouse (which is where we went first). There's at some other office that's across the street from the Target shopping center and Walmart. Good luck!
