We've Started to plan Bridal Shower 2009!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all ok with the initial invite post for the Bridal Shower for all of us wonderful 2009 brides

We talked all day and finally needed to start to get something definite going.

Time and place are still TBD so send ideas and as you all can appreicate, no way one date woudl work for all of us brides to be. Let's all work together to make this great!!!!!

Looking forward to the shower with all of you as I hope you are too!

We can do committees and do GTG that way... like a CP committee, Favor committee... that way a lot of people can be involved (if they want to anyway)

LOL I just had a total sorority flashback... we had committees for EVERYTHING!!

Here's a question... favors, cp's, etc... cost money. Should we round up the cost pp to cover these extra costs? Like, if the place we book is $27 pp, should we round up to $30?? Just a question!

I am ok with that but I am also ok with putting some money in myself for favors- my gift to '09ers

I think that is a good idea. I know the 08ers had balloons... I don't know about anything else

well the 08ers were the originals...but we are the 09ers...that means we have to step it up!

oOo this sounds so exciting!!!! I'm def available to help look for a place and help with CPs and Favors

Should we first pick a date and a a price-range that works for the majority? That way we know what size place to book and what price range to look for when we call places?

i do some really nice cakes - maybe that is what i can be in charge of - i'll post some pics of cakes i have done! this way i wouldnt have to worry about it until the week before?

If we do it in a yard I am an amazing baker so I would love to bring desserts!! I tend to go overboard but I love to cook!

I would love to be able to come but since me and FH live in MD I need to check with him if that is a good weekend to travel up to NY. If so, I could def make the trip and I would love to attend!! I will let you know very soon! YAY FUN!
