What a bad day........

So yesterday i had a very bad day...i was working and i work in a nursing home in the kitchen im a supervisor and as i was checking the dinner trays ...i piece of steel from the side of the line fell right on my foot ( it was a big piece too) know it hurts so much and walking thats a joke ...

Be careful! And feel better. Foot injuries are serious so if the pain stays you should prob get it checked out.

Thank you..yea i want to the hospital its a bad bruise thats all..im feeling better..but its still black and blue LOL... i just have to laugh at it now
