i'm in such a funk. i hate everything wedding related i picked out. including my dress. i called my mom for dress reassurance and she did a good job. i think this is definitely one of the downfalls of doing everything so early in the planning. don't get me wrong i'm sure my dress is exactly what i want but i havent seen it since june and all i have are to totally crummy pics of me in it that don't do the dress justice. i'm stressing over money. like where are we going to get it lol i'm in a wedding depression. i'm hoping that i come out of it quick.

awwww cheer up! I think we are all going through the same thing, at least I know I am. It's perfectly normal and I think its just one of those things that comes with the territory of planning a wedding.

Oman... I actually thought it was just me. I've been so upset lately and I just didn't know who to speak to about it, but now that someone else is feeling the way I am i now know that its normal. Thank ladies. Let's just keep our heads up. Everythings gonna come out just fine...

i completely understand how you are feeling. i've been in a funk (wedding planning and other things) and just haven't been in the mood! you aren't alone and don't worry. you know everything will turn out fine!!

Why not go try on your dress again! this way you feel that feeling again that you first got when you tried it on!.. And I have to agree with the pictures, if I look at the pictures from when I first tried it on I would hate my dress, the samples always look real beat up in pictures!
And the money thing, have you opened up an ING savings?? it really helps! We get like $40 a month in interest alone! its amazing!
Now cheer up, and go drink some wine! well its kinda early, but who cares! lol

haha thanks! i wish i could try it on again, but i went to the store on wednesday to match my shoes to the dress and they couldn't find it, they are in the process of moving things around to bring out new dresses and the girl couldn't find it. i was pretty bummed.
hmm i'll have to look into that ing thing.

I feel the same way i booked everyone within two months of setting the date and sometimes i doubt my choices but i know i made the right decision since i went with my gut!

LOL!!! I think all brides have a week at least where they go through this. Call is PMS or whatever - maybe just take a break from planning & come back to it after a week. Also, I'm sure your dress is gorgeous, but you are right- you do second guess yourself after so much time goes by on your decisions...

I am sorry you are feeling this way---I can relate--we went to pick out favors today and we decided on one and as I was standing there for a few minutes--I decided I didn't like it and we picked something else---now I have many months to think about how I made the wrong choice-woohoo

omg i have been engaged for two years and i have gone through this AT LEAST once every three months
don't worry - step back, take a break from wedding planning and you will snap out of it. . .i promise
