What a nice surprise!!!

When I came home from work yesterday my FH told me that he called a DJ and scheduled an appoint to go see them on Monday. ALL BY HIMSELF TOO!!! We have been saying we have start looking into DJ and he did everything on his own! he asked around at work and got some numbers and went ahead with everything

I know I must sound like a total mush but when I came home and he told me all that my heart just melted LOL.

OMG! Thats so cute!!

I have been running the show with planning (I didn't expect him to take initiative and that's ok) so if my FH did that I would feel the same way so I can really appreciate your story!!

You definitely have a keeper. Guys hate booking appointments.

so totally unexpected too. i think thats why i was so surprised. last time i said we should start looking into it he said 'we just booked the photographer, lets wait a month or two' and then this

hope the guy is good tho lol not like when guys purposely mess up so they dont have to do anything again lol

Are our FHs long lost brothers? Mine totally does this as well and he never admits to it...drives me crazy!!

Or better when he tells me he will do the dishes and I come home and the aren't done and he's like, 'hey want to do the dishes together?' Sorry, busy making your dinner and doing your laundry and cleaning up your messes. I love him though.

funny cause the first thing that ran threw my head after the happiness wore off was 'o great now I'm gonna have to 'do' something nice to him' but then I was saved by his mom w/ a surprise visit joining us for dinner LOL so instead I brought back his favorite ice cream as a thank you ::teehee::

I would like to say that the word nag bothers me, and FH says I do it all the time. I have taken to the term 'gentle reminder' (thanks Antonella!) and we are now using that instead. lol

My FH wants to be involved in just about everything. He actually is a little upset to not be involved in the whole dress purchase. I feel bad, because we share everything, but I will not involve him in that and he understands. I am not sure if his excitement and involvement are going to last forever, but I guess I am lucky to have that..

That is so sweet!!! It is so heart melting when our men take charge! Thank GOD!!! (its their day as just as our day)..

I threaten my FH, I tell him 'then you plan it'. Seems to do the trick.
