What a pain......

Yeah so I decided to print addresses right on the envelopes for my invites for my e-party.

Mental note--- NEVER again! I know I am probably not doing it the easiest way... but what a PITA!!!!!!

ETA:
OK....How do I do the mail merger thing? I started to input the info... I think but if anyone has the patience to tell me I would appreciate it!

UUghh I am so jealous!

I have to feed each envelope in... at least the way I am doing it.. and then hand feed it into the machine and cross my fingers it went in straight .. the little guide things were not working at all!

I'm glad you said this. I was dithering back and forth about it and decided just to do labels. Sorry you had to go through the hassle though!

Re: What a pain......

I have to play with the mail merger option and see if that makes my life easier in typing in the addresses!

the 2nd half might be done in labels... unless my stubbornness gets the best of me!

First - YES you need to use mail merge........it will make your life A LOT easier!

Second- you can't adjust your printer for the size of the envelopes???

I had to manual feed mine too, but it was simple once I adjusted the levers on my printer where the paper feeds.

Ok.. mail merger the next time I play with the envelopes.
I did adjust the levers... but the printer wouldn't suck the envelopes in unless i gave them a push..

I will have to continue to play (I have plenty of time) unless of course I go with labels! I just love the way the address looks right on the envelope!
