Has anyone ever gone to city hall to do it?
I was thinking about it at one point, insurance, etc...

we wanted to for insurance reasons but the post office doesn't recognize it..so make sure that your employers recognize it.

sometimes even with the employers they wont even let you get ins. thru domestic partnership. Such bullsh*t. Its the same thing, just not on paper. If that was the case, i'd stay single but with a domestic partner

I'm such an idiot .. I though domestic partnership was only for same sex marriages......

It used to be just for same sex but only some insurances will cover for different sex
