They used to be really affordable, but I've seen some posts lately how they're switching over to do one event at a time now and it's $$$$.
yes..this is true...they have been remodeling and the prices have all gone up

When we called they said it would be about $150 a person... Considering my guest list is 250 people that was just not within our budget! Other than that though, I heard their weddings are beautiful!

I have heard the same as everyone else... starting in 2009 its one wedding at a time and the prices will also increase... the inside is beautiful and they are still remodeling.... you could check them out if you are interested.... it couldnt hurt

i believe they are sister halls with my place floral terrace.. one wedding at a time too..the prices are pretty reasonable for what i am getting...

I'm getting married at the Sand Castle. The price is pretty affordable for what we are getting. Good Luck with the search. BTW, I also heard that they are doing 1 wedding at a time in 09 too.

My friend had her wedding there and the service was awesome ..it was a beautiful wedding....the theme is really a castle..the outside has a 'moat' fountain or whatever its called...if that is your taste then I would def check it out

FH coworker is getting married there I think he said november 2009, not sure if its a friday or sat nite...but according to what FH they took some package deal where it covered 100 guest, flowers and DJ and also a HM suite in Greece....for like $10,000
All they have to worry about is airline tkts for their HM

I'm getting married at the Sand Castle this November. I've been to a few weddings there and LOVED it so I knew that's where I wanted to be. I got a good price too, so I was very happy.
I have heard the prices are going up because they have been doing renovations and will be 1 wedding at a time. But I recommend checking them out because they do a really nice job!!!

MY FH and I are between that and Chateu La Mer my heart is with the Sandcastle so far the price was not bad considering everything they offer you!! We are going this weekend to try to finalize everything. I will keep you posted and let you know if they worked with our budget.

That must be a new package where they include the dj...and the flowers they offered me are fake. There are pics on website that we can use if we wanted. Tell your friend though that it's winter in Nov...we are holding our HM until following year.
