I'm with Jess. That's the biggest change.
I weigh more but I pretty much weighed this before the wedding planning started too.
My name too.
But that's about it. We've had so many years together, I didn't expect it to change much anyway.

We both are more careful with finances now that we are married and want to plan a family.

I've gained about 10lbs, but then again DH had gained about 20. Everything else is pretty much the same since we have been living together for years.
