Girls...I need your expertise. I sent some Giants tickets to an Ebay buyer last Thursday for FH....I printed out a label from his account and put it in my outbox at work. Overnight shipping was paid for, even though the game wasn't until Sunday. Well, the tickets were apparently not 'scanned' by UPS until the 11th....and they never made it to the buyer....so now he has filed a dispute with FH...there is no way to prove that I actually gave the package to UPS on the 10th, because the first scan wasn't until the 11th...it was essentially a screw up by UPS (not the first time, thanks UPS)....are we covered at all, or are we out $300+?

When did UPS actually come and pick it up? From what I know UPS scans when they pick the item up, which would have been the 10th?

it's complicated - I printed the label online and put it in my outbox at work on the 10th, but it was not scanned until the 11th....so, there is no way to really prove that I sent it out on the 10th. :(
