what am I forgetting

I know this is such a 'typical' post- but I feel like I need to re-cap. This is the stuff I have left:

marriage license (important!)
favors
dj list
bathroom basket
repair kits
makeup trial (have to find somebody)
photo arranging (who needs to be 'shot')
confirm all vendors
see florist for samples
gifts for readers
gifts for groomsmen
pick up rings
placecards
table names
buy something for the envelopes
stuff totes for kids
start arranging tables
hire a video person
final deposit on hall
choose menu

so here we are - *what am I forgetting?

You are getting married in a month? I would put makeup and video on your to-do quick list. Aren't you totally stressed?
Stuff to put on list:
pack for honeymoon
Box and label everything you need to bring to the reception site (cake cutter, toasting flutes etc..)

Not sure if you did bridal party gifts or not yet.

thanks michele! the video is like totally a last minute add-on , and I HATED my makeup trial. Those are definitely my first to-do's. Good idea on the box of stuff for the site and

YES I AM TOTALLY STRESSED!

I am also finding it VERY interesting that my has not gotten a tux....yet was very quick at booking Mandalay Bay in Vegas for his bachelor party! Interesting, right?

Do you have favors picked out already?? Ideas for your GM gifts?? Have you interviewed any videographers yet?? Can I help you with anything? LOL

oh no! now i am nervous! in the midst of all this I am hosting my sisters bridal shower!

The only obvious answer to open a bottle of wine....CLEARLY!

jenny it will all get done. Actually, looking at you list I don't think it's that bad!

I know how it is with other things in the midst. I had my brother's wedding less than a month and a half ago. That took a lot of my time. Then on top of it I moved, my parents are moving the house they lived in for 24 years and three people died (some of which are very, very close to us! - FI's grandmother). I am getting married the end of October and just a couple of weeks ago my list was as long as yours! In the past couple of days I was able to accomplish sooo much. FI and I have done it all ourself....we hardly rely on our bridal party at all! I just of course have no free time!

I am 5 days after you and I have just about the same stuff left to do ( - the vidio, got that done already)
I am stressing also.

what about programs and ceremony music?
i will try to find out who my friend used from clinique for make-up--she did a great job--i'll post asap!
also i am not sure--but if you do a search i think it might have been shamma who posted a must have picture list.......

Cindy used a girl from the Channel counter for her makeup and it looked great. Might want to PM her for info.
Video- who have you met with so far? Let's see if we can help.
No tux yet- tell him to get off his a__ and find one asap.
favors- ideas? if you need to order something must do asap.

Don't worry it will all get done. And don't forget your marriage license CANNOT be gotten the day before your wedding! It needs to be at least 24 hours prior.
