-tax/gratuity rates (they are usually the standard but ask just to be sure)
-how long the party will be (it's usually 5 hrs w/ the cocktail hour)
-have them list everything that is included
-a list of everything that would be an upgrade
-is top shelf liquor included?
-do you need to use certain house vendors for anything in particular?
-do they charge to feed your vendors?

That big list is the best. When I broke that baby out when we booked, FH almost fell to the floor. He had no idea that those kinds of questions needed to be asked.
