one of the smartones meals says '3 Flexpoint'. can i consider this a usual 3 points ?

what you saw on the box just is the weight watchers 'flex points system'
you should count it just as you would count any other points...if you're within your daily points target, it's deducted from there. if you're over your daily point target, you can just take it from flex points which you have 35 of a week...
