They never pick up their phone. They're best reached via email.
They also aren't the best with responding quickly, so if that's what you're looking for in a vendor, I would look else where.

i recommend looking elsewhere. i wasnt happy with my envelopes from them.

I used him for my envelopes and shower placecards. I was very happy with them. I never had a problem contacting him and everything was completed and sent to me w/in a few days. I have heard some complaints similar to your though. try sending him an email. Good luck.

Kathleen - I've done all my interaction with them via email. I did call him on Monday, but I didn't really expect an answer with the holiday and all - but I know he got the message b/c he sent me an email confiming the 'do not print' for one set of envelopes.

i never had a problem with them and my envelopes were excellent
I usually called during the week like 10am-11am

Inkspun is one guy, Bill. I had a horrific time getting in touch with him and he kept making promises on deadlines that he was completely unable to keep. I've heard people who had great experiences with him also. I think because he does everything himself, his responsiveness and work product are completely dependant on his workload. This is peak wedding season so he's probably swamped.
I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

There is a post on The NYC Knot chat board about inkspun and the difficulty in trying to contact him. You may want to take a look at what they had to say as well.....

I had great luck calling him on the weekends. He was very responsive and helped me a lot.
His prices and his work are good, but I have heard that his customer service isn't the best.
