What are some symptoms that I may have (non-food) allergies?

Could I be developing allergies????? I have been getting the WORST headaches lately which make me feel almost sick to my stomach. I've also been getting colds recently (and I usually never get sick), I don't self medicate myself at all just some white tea usually and they just go away but then come back. Or could this be stress????
