what are the dopest things friends have said to you

Doesnt have to be wedding related.

My best friend who is my maid of honor and I were talking about my wedding and dates. I was joking with her that their is one guy who I would love for her to bring as her date because I know he'll have a great time.

So my wonderful best friend who I love says to me with the most straightest face 'so who are you bringing'

I laughed and told her 'I really dont know, I have this one guy in mind. I think he is going to wear a tuxedo to the affair'

She finally realized what she said.

Oh! If it doesn't have to be wedding related I've got a bunch of good ones, largely courtsey of the same person (yes, Chip, it's a sorority sister, too! ).

She invited us to a party some time ago...it was a trim-the-tree Christmas party, actually...and we replied that we'd be there. She had sent all the details via email, so we were all set. Until we got this one-sentence email the day before that said 'Just wanted to let you know the band starts at 10.' We were like, HUHHH??? This is a dressy tree-trimming party at her tiny apartment and there's going to be a BAND??? When we finally asked her about it, we found out her roommate's boyfriend PLAYS in a band that was going to be playing that same night at 10 at a bar down the street. Of course, NONE of this information was included in the email. We laughed about this for a long time!
