For guests I would say the Holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge. If you meet your minimum (10 rooms) your guests get free shuttle service to the Watermill. Plus, breakfast is included. I used them for my wedding and it was great!

There are some hotels near the airport, Macarthur, and a bunch in Islandia.
Jen, I used the Holiday Inn Express in Stony Brook (it is really near Centereach), it was great. Free shuttle service for guests, really nice hotel.

I'm using the Marriott in Islandia this weekend for my guests & myself & so far my service from them has been outstanding! They are extremely accomodating & they are really good about all the wedding hotel details!

I am also a Watermill bride and am using the Holiday Inn Express. They do give a freee shuttle us to and from the Watermill if you book 10 rooms. They also have suites. I booked one for my Fi and I.. Also after 10 rooms, the more you book, the less your suite price is. I like the idea of the shuttle as well..

we looked at both the holiday inn in hauppage and the courtyard marriot in ronkonkoma....we booked rooms in both of them, both are about 5 miles from the watermill....but the marriot was a little cheaper, so we're going to be staying there for our wedding night (we liked the suite there a little better and it was less money)
