How are you deciding whose family to visit for xmas... we have having a hard time figuring it all out!!

We wake up at my mom's house open gifts and then we will get ready and go to FH's mom's house and spend a couple hours with her and then off to see my dad in the afternoon! So much running around but we will see everyone!

I am doing x-eve w/his grandma... and xmas morning w/my mom... and xmas dinner we have to be in 2 places at once! His aunt house in riverhead and my aunt's house in farmingdale!! All we are going to be doing all day is driving!!

We do Xmas eve with FH family in Staten Island then Xmas morning with my family, then to his parents house which thankfully is right around the block, then FH has to go to work so all this on Xmas morning has to be done by 1:30-2pm..so it should be interesting & exhausting!!!

It's always seems more stressful than enjoyable!! We stay in Staten Island till like 2am on xmas eve then drive the hour home and have to be at my parents by like 8 cause I have little nieces that are up at the crack of dawn I don't look forward to it already!!!

I wish everybody could just get together in one place!! It gets so hard when everybody grows up and has in-laws... etc.

i am at work right now and I am thinking of going shopping after I get out of work... I am crazy!! But I love buying people presents that I know that they will love and enjoy! it is better then recieving something or buying something for myself!

I feel the same way, especially with my nieces its so fun to see how excited they get with all the gifts!! It makes xmas so much fun!! I buy so many gifts I have to cut myself off sometimes!!

Im working christmas eve but christmas morning I do a brunch with my FH. We did it last year and will do it again this year. It makes life soo much easier for us. Everyone just comes to us!! Yeah its a pain all the cooking and baking but I love to cook and bake (just wish I had more time to do it in). Anyway both of our family's come and its an open door for friends and anyone else. That way everyone is happy!

we are doing dinner with our own families then meeting up for dessert...we figure we can spend this one last christmas dinner with our fams, well have the rest of our lives ot have christmas dinner together every year

Fh and his family are coming over for Christmas Eve, Christmas morning we are at our own houses and then later on, I go to his house then over to his aunt's.
