I think I'm doing a Cameo necklace. I posted my gown which although doesn't come across too much in the pics, it has a vintage feel to it and actually a lot of the same undertones a cameo does. We have my dad's grandmother's cameo that we are making into a necklace. I posted a pic of cameo too so you can see what it against my gown. Earrings will prob be simple pearlish studs.
Not sure yet...I have a halter top....so prolly no necklace......

The heart is my something old and I'm wearing it on a simple chain. I can't post my dress because FH and I have computers side by side in our study, and I don't want him to see!
I'm borrowing my Mom's real pearl necklace, earring and bracelet set - I hope it works with my dress...if it doesn't look right I will buy something from Carolee.

The front of my dress comes up too high for a necklace and I wont wear a choker or I'll feel like I am suffocating. My headpiece is quite elaborate so I am going to have that, with small earrings. My hair is now short (YAY - thanks to the support of the ROCKIN '06ers) so long chandelier earrings would make my face look ten times longer and bigger than it already is and I tend not to like long earrings on myself. I may also do a cuff bracelet.
Dress (needs to be lifted so the top is actually higher up on the neck than it appears in the picture) Headpiece Earring possibilities (leaning towards the 2nd or 4th choice):

My gown is really beaded and so is my veil, so I'm only wearing earrings (they're from Fortunoff).
I'm borrowing my grandmother's necklace and my mom's earings. I don't have pics, but they are platinum in the shape of flowers made of diamonds.

I changed my mind completely. I got small earrings and a bracelet. I'm doing a broach in my hair. I'm modest with jewelry, so to wear more on my wedding, would be uncharacteristic of me.
Here is a question for you Veronica (I love your dress btw!). How are you doing your hair and are you wearing any sort of hair piece? Your dress can really go with almost any type of jewelry. I always say less is more though, but then again that is me. And a recent bride (I'll get her name later today - it looked great in her pics) just got a fab bracelet from Banana Republic that would look really nice with your dress if it's your taste. But anyway, like I said, I think you could really pull anything off with your dress!

My dress has some blue beading in it...I'll probably do these...not sure on necklace/bracelet yet
but i am wearing the nacklace my mother wore for her wedding....and my parents had earings made to match!!!! i mentioned to FH that a bracelet might be nice :)
