I want to do something to make my MOH stand out but I'm not sure what. I already have everyone wearing the same dress so that's out. I do plan to give her a larger bo-k than the other BM's and maybe a different necklace . . . Out of ideas after that.
What is everyone else doing-if anything?

her bo-k will have an add'l type of flowers in it to make it different. so far, thats all i have come up with!

well i am doing reverse colors for the dresses/sash than the bm
but you could also have the moh add some type of nice brooch to her dress.

She will be in either a different dress or a different colored dress, she will have a larger and slightly different bouquet, and her shoes and jewelry MAY be different.

my moh will have a floral sash to match my Jr BM and my FG
ETA: She will also have a bigger bok than the rest of the girls

her dress is floor length while the other grls have knee length dresses, her bo-k will be different from the other grls, and she's gonna have a brooch on the side of her dress.

She'll have a larger bouquet that will have different color flowers than the rest of the girls. She'll be half black magic, half cream roses while everyone else will just be cream.

my two moh's are going to be in champagne and the bm's are in cloud. that's about the only difference.

My MOH is wearing a short sleeveless dress (my BMs are wearing long strapless dresses) and her bouquet will be a mix of the bm's and mine.
If you want your MOH to stand out, how about a jeweled sash or brooch?

Her flowers will be bigger than the rest of the girls. I also picked a different color sash for her dress.

nothing. she has a devil hello kitty tat on one shoulder and an angel hello kitty tat on the other. plus im tryin to ger her to wear her hair up so she can show off her big asss tat on her back. if that doesnt make her stand out i dont know what will.lol
