what are you doing with your engagement ring.......

if it doesnt fit on your right hand?

mine doesnt fit on my right hand

i really dont want to take it off.
it doesnt bother me if fh slips my wedding band on top of it.

soooooooo..........is it tacky if i leave it on during the ceremony?

No way!!!! I just tried mine on my right hand and it doesn't fit either!!! umm.. I guess i'm wearing it on my left and having FH slip it over.

OH crap.. i forced it on my right hand and now it won't come off lol.

It's totally fine to leave it on your left hand during the ceremony. Then just do the switch-a-roo afterwards.

I'm wearing it on my right only because it is a split band, so i can't find a wedding band that works well with it. But it depends on the person - you can wear both on you left, or move ering to the right. Wedding band always is on left.

just for the ceremony... you dont usually wear your ering when you put the bands on each other...

No way! I'm leaving mine on during the ceremony. When I get a minute, I'll switch them so the wedding band is on the inside!

ETA: I have a ring I already wear on my right hand ring finger everyday. A claddagh ring FH brought me back from Ireland and I'm not about to stop wearing it.

even though mine fits on my right hand, i am not comfortable with it on my right hand. so my e-ring will be on my left hand during the ceremony & then FH will put my wedding band on top & then i will switch it right after.
