What are you getting FMIL for mother's day?

I need some ideas! Her birthday is at the end of the month, so it's hard to think of two gifts!

Just sent off a perfume gift package with cards - and flowers will be delivered on Saturday (they live in FL)! I actually find it easier to shop for her than for my own mom!

ME AND MY FSIL BOUGHT A POSTER SIZE FRAME AND WE MADE A HUGE COLLAGE OF PICTURES FROM WHEN MY FH AND HIS BRO AND SIS WERE LITTLE, THERE FAMILY PICTURES AND PICTURES OF ME AND FH OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS. IT WAS ACTUALLY REALLY FUN TO MAKE. WE ARE ALSO GETTING HER FLOWERS AND OF COURSE A CARD. ON THE SIDE I GOT HER A MOTHER IN LAW CERAMIC PLACK THAT I FOUND WITH A POEM ON IT. NEVER SAW THEM BEFORE SO I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BE CUTE.

Me & my FH are taking both mom's to sunday brunch @ east wind & spend the day out east.......

FH and I bought her some olive oils from Williams Sonoma. We are going to make a basket for them, along with a bottle of wine she likes.

Well, it's not from me (she's not my MIL yet!), but we got her 'Finding Neverland' and are sending her flowers (she's in NC).

My FMIL's birthday is Saturday and Mom's Day is SUNDAY! ACk!

My FMIL passed away 2 years ago. We've asked his aunt to stand in her place at the wedding. She already has 2 grown sons and a daughter. Do you think we should do something for her for mother's day?

I think you should get her something.

FH and I are taking his parents out to eat somewhere in NJ. I think we should get her a gift too, but FH doesnt see the reason why.

Well my FMIL loves angels so I got her a nice throw blanket with an angel on it with a little prayer. I got it from avon as a matter of fact. Plus wea re putting a bunch of scratch offs in a card as well she loves those.

Nothing, we're not speaking and since Im the gift buyer in the family I refuse. Let her son do it this year. Although when I did like her I bought her(not for mothers day)those little charms of kids with birthstones for each of her grandchildren but you could do it for her kids if FH has brothers and sisters. It was probably the only gift she actually liked.

I am taking both my mother and my FMIL out for breakfast. Me and FH are both doing this.

Well.. FH never gets her anything.. should I? She doesn't live here, I'd have to send it.. Maybe I should send some flowers.

I'm out of state finishing college so i did flowers for FMIl and my mom - pink roses with pink tulips for FMIl and pink roses with irises for my mom and nice notes for each. I have it easy though because FH family never does anything except have a nice dinner so anything i do is golden, i sent flowers last year and she was so touched she called me in tears and still talks about the lovely bouquet!!

we were supposed to all cook dinner or something for her- her bday was 2 weeks ago- FH and his crazy sisters are all fighting, so I will just sit back and go with whatever he wants

Hopefully I will have to work sunday
