What are you guys getting your FH for X-mas?? I'm lost on what to get him. The only thing he really wants is a PS3 and that's definately out

He has been wanting a good keyboard (the musical kind, not PC) for a year or two now and has been talkign about it alot lately, so since he won't buy it for himself for some reason I told him I'll get him one for Christmas...he just has to tell me which he wants. This is good for me too though, because I want to learn how to play it, and he says it will help me learn hwo to keep rythm for when we dance hehe

We can not afford to buy each other presents, we have to pay for the wedding. Maybe something really small.

We decided not to exchange this year. We usually go all out for each other so we are going to save that money this year.

Instead of gifts we are buying a new couch and entertainment cabinet for the new place and maybe a digital camera (of course FH wants the most expensive kind--but I don't think he's getting that!)

I bought him some clothes that he had picked out a few months ago that he didn't know I returned to the store and bought, some of his fav. DVDs are coming out in Dec, so I'll get hime those as well.

I haven't thought of much else for him since we're trying to take it easy as we're prob going to close on a house in Jan.

Instead of getting each other gifts this year, we are going to plan a night out in the City and go to a show and a nice dinner.

I think this is what we are going to do.

I know we cannot spend as much on each other as we usually do. FH has expensive taste too!!

so far he is a getting a wool coat.....he picked it out, and tried it on, and I paid for it...so he'll get something extra, just not sure what yet

We're trying to keep it small this year too. Maybe just some DVD's or CD's. I might just pick out some clothes or have him some of the scrapbooking stuff I need. We'll see!

We just bought a house and have the wedding in July which is not even CLOSE to paid off yet.. So we are going to make stockings for each other and fill those with little stuff. $100 we're topping off at. Maybe I'll get that Mini Cooper next xmas...

Last year DH and I were paying for our wedding so we decided to save $$ and not exchange. That all changed on Christmas Eve when he went out and bought me a beautiful necklace and earrings set from Kay Jewelers!!!! It was lovely but I felt bad bc I didn't get him anything as nice, in fact it was the wrong thing and had to be returned. But I just wanted to warn those of you who say you're not exchanging!!!!!

This year I don't know what to do. We're buying a house so I'm ok with not exchanging again since $$ is tight, but I have a feeling that's not going to happen. I think we might put our $$ together and buy something for the 2 of us instead.
