I have no clue what to get them, they are so difficult to get gifts for. Clothing is out, and they are very picky. Plus, they're on diets so no food. AHHH!!! I'm having holiday stress!!

We got my mom a Dooney & Bourke bag with matching wallet. Something she would love and never get for herself!
What about tickets to a broadway show? You can get gc from broadway.com so they can pick the show & date.

That's a great idea Christine, only my dad goes to shows alot so I wouldn't even know what show he hasn't seen yet. Hmmm..... maybe a gift certificate to a restaurant?

Being we are on a budget and the sincere fact my parents do not want any gifts they are getting pajamas. I am so bad at keeping gifts a secret. I had bought my mom a book about Leonardo Davinci since she had just got done reading the Davinci Code. We'll probably take them to dinner though.

One year we got my parents a gift certificate to the 56th Fighter Group Restaurant along with a gift certificate for the movie theatre across the street.
This year, we are having plates made .. for my parents and my siblings, I'm getting a plate made of the house we all grew up in, that my parents still live in .. for one of my brothers .. the only one of my siblings who is married .. they are getting a 3-plate set .. our house growing up, his wife's house growing up, and their house they now have together (it's their first house - they've been in for about 10 years). I'm so excited .. can't wait for the plates to arrive to see what the artists have created!!!

my parents never got an album of their wedding so after we cleaned out my grandfather's house I took the proof album and a bunch of candids I found and scanned them and had a digital album made from www.mypublisher.com I got it last week - less than 2 days from when I ordered it and it is AMAZING!
also got a few other small things that I knew they'd like - a sweater and a DVD for my dad and some bath products for my mom

we've gotten my dad a norelco shaver, a DVD and a shirt. Mom's getting a coach wallet, cashmere sweater and slippers.
His dad's getting a computer (from all the kids) and we got his mom pjs, robe & slippers.
Nothing that exciting this year...

i got my parents a bunch of old movies on DVD...
for MIL we got her some chanel 5 purfume and DH wants to pick out something else special for her...since she did a lot for us this year (we got my parents a big screen tv last year since they did alot for us the year before)
if your parents like shows...maybe get them tickets to an opera? its something a little different and really a great experience...
let me know if you need a recommendation for an opera

We got DH's apretns ana entertainment center for their living Room, and for my parents we will be getting them kitchen chairs. Pretty boring, but we have had too much going on recently to think of creative gifts.

We bought my mom a Prada bag and wallet, some clothes, and a griddle she hinted at. We bought my dad a gc to Jimmy Hays steakhouse and I'm getting him curtains for his bedroom.
My IL's do a SS so we'll see how that turns out.

My dad cannot eat regular flour so he buys almond flower and he has been baking his brains out....so we bought him a bread maker...Mom has always wanted a digital camera so we bought her a Kodak EasyShare.
His Mom wanted a pasta maker so we got her that...his dad though we havent gotten yet
