after your wedding? Any of you brides continuing the partying at a hotel with a bar? Just wondering bc FH wants to get each of our bridal party (all couples) a room for the night and continue our celebration at the hotel's bar. I'm having a hard time finding a hotel that is reasonably priced. Our reception is in East Northport, so we're trying to find a hotel local with shuttle service. Any ideas??

We're going to have our own afterparty
My friend was able to get the hotel he blocked rooms in to let us use the lobby for the after party and we all ung out until 5am. It was really fun, but I think after a long exhausting day surrounded by hundreds of people, it will be nice to take refuge in some alone time with my new hubby

Our wedding is over so late 1:30am I dont think we will. The bar at the hotel is only open until 2am the latest

Your RH can refer to you a hotel that provide a shuttle- I would ask them. I plan on asking my RH as well.

I would like to continue at the bar at the hotel, but I dont know if they will still be open. that's something i have to take up with the hotel I guess...

Our reception ends at 11, so I want to continue the party at the hotel...just have to find the hotel first!

Mine ends at 1:30 but I want to still party afterwards. Have to talk to FH about this... we might be too exhausted in the end!

our is over at 1am. and even though we are having about 275 PPL only about 10 people are OOT guest and they will be staying with family, so we are not blocking hotels rooms so the only people at the hotel is us...

mine ends at 10:30 (on a Sunday) so probably some people like our wedding party may be up for an after party. We will see

taking the shuttle back to the hotel but i don't think we are doing anything as far as an after party - the hotel bar will be closed by the time we get back and plus we are most likely going on a cruise the following day so we need to be up for that
