What are you most excited about once you are a married couple?

What are you most excited about once you are a married couple?

I know we spend the months, even years prior concentrating on making our wedding perfect. So, once the party is over, the dress is off, and the honeymoon is over, what are you looking forward to most as a married couple?

For me, it is introducing Jeff as my husband and celebrating our first Hannukah as husband and wife. I am also looking forward to settling into our new home together and decorating it together as a married couple (our house that we are moving out of has been called a bachelor pad!) I am looking forward to a home that is truly ours!

buying our first house together...we live in a house i owned before DH was in my life...i get giddy watching House Hunters when it's a newly married couple..haha... and taking our real honeymoon!

House Hunting .....

Then we can have holidays at our house and not have to figure out how the heck to share them with both families

My favorite is calling him my 'husband' instead of fiance and seeing him with his wedding ring on... still gives me butterflies

Just relaxing and spending time together as husband and wife...I am looking forward to our first holidays as a married couple!

and getting our house in order buying some furniture (organizing etc)

Looking forward to moving into a new place together! We live together now, but he had been living there for a few years already. This time, it will be a new experience for both of us! (And I can't wait to be able to say 'my husband')

Living together finally, cooking together (he's a good cook), going toghether places in one car not two and coming home together, seeing him with his ring on, calling eachother 'husband' and 'wife', thinking of the future and buying a house and having a family ......everything

Relaxing, having money to go out to eat again, resuming lazy weekend days. We already live together, but I just can't wait for a little bit of normalcy to come back.

Same for me, sleeping together at my parents house. After 8 years I think they still thought he slept on the couch at our apartment
