Our engagement party was last July and I wore a sun dress. Our party was at my mom's house.

David's Bridal online has a nice selection of party dresses for under $99. I didn't have an e-party, but I bought a nice black and green floral print dress from them and I love it! Will probably wear it to brunch or on the honeymoon.

We need to know when and where it is! Also, what's the theme or vibe your going for?
We had a back yard BBQ (but classy with grilled lamb, steak, chicken, diff salads, etc) so I wore this maxi dress I love (pic in albums). But if I had it at a hall or something I would have worn a cute cocktail dress.

We had a backyard bbq and I wore a white Lily Pullizer halter dress (see pics in album)

I'm wearing a pink satin dress but I like to dress up lol pics in my album. We're having at a smaller hall though. I think it depends on wehre you are having it
