I'm talking about panties. These things have gone through my head 1. I don't want a wedgie all day. 2. I don't want anyone to see me in a thong if they are helping me with my gown. 3. I don't want anything see through for the same reason. 4. I don't want to wear bloomers.

I think I'm going with either a thong or boyshorts. I'm getting dressed at home and I don't plan on lifting my dress up too much during the day!

I'm glad you posted this question. Do you have to wear a corset or some other form of lingerie under your dress. I just want to be comfy and not hot (wedding is in August). Can't I just wear undies? I'm sorry I am just so clueless when it comes to this stuff

I'm having cups sewn into my dress because if I wear a corset you can see the lines through my gown at the waist + it's uncomfortable

I'll probably wear a strapless bra and a thong with a lace garter skirt from Victoria's Secret. That way it is sexy for FI, won't show too much if my girls are helping me get dressed, and won't show through the dress like a corset might.

Eh, I'm throwing caution to the wind and wearing a thong. I want to be comfy and that is what I usually wear. Anyone who needs to sneak up there to fix anything will have to either deal or close their eyes!

This leads me to ask a random question that I never thought of b4; how the hell do you go to the bathroom in a big wedding gown without messing it up? Sorry, gross question; but if you had one of those really big skirts I would think you might need someone to help you

I am also just wearing a white thong (my dress will have cups sewn into it). As far as having to pee with a big poofy dress...I have been best friends with my MOH for 26 years so I won't be embarrassed to have her see anything when helping me

My matron told me with her dress and going to the bathroom she sat backwards.
I think I might just use her idea for the bathroom

I think I am having cups sewn in, and wearing the VS seamless undies. I am still undecided as to what to do about stockings, since I am getting married in August and hate the thought of pantyhose or thigh highs. Will have to see what I like when I look for shoes.
